Piotroqjinrm operates a digital real estate crowdlending platform that facilitates the connection between investors and real estate project promoters in Venezuela. Our services include the publication of verified investment opportunities, investment analysis and tracking tools, and administrative management of collective financing operations. The platform acts as an intermediary and does not guarantee specific returns on investments made.
3. User Requirements
To use the investment services of our platform, the user must be at least eighteen (18) years old, have legal capacity to enter into contracts in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, provide truthful and up-to-date information during the registration process, and comply with due diligence requirements established by Venezuelan regulations against money laundering and terrorism financing.
4. Investment Risks
All investments made through our platform carry risks inherent to the real estate market and the country's economic conditions. Piotroqjinrm C.A. does not guarantee recovery of invested capital or minimum returns. Published projects include information about identified risks, but unforeseen circumstances may affect results. The user assumes responsibility for evaluating each investment opportunity according to their risk profile and personal financial situation.
5. Intellectual Property
The content of this website, including but not limited to texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, design, source code, and content compilation, is the property of Piotroqjinrm C.A. or its licensors and is protected by the intellectual property laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and applicable international treaties. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
Piotroqjinrm C.A. shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, errors or omissions in content, service interruptions due to technical causes or force majeure, or investment decisions made by users based on published information. Our total liability in any case shall be limited to the amount of fees actually charged to the affected user during the twelve (12) months preceding the event.
7. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. Any controversy arising from the use of the platform shall be submitted first to a mediation procedure before the Arbitration Center of the Maracaibo Chamber of Commerce. If an agreement is not reached within thirty (30) days, the parties may resort to the competent courts of the judicial circumscription of Zulia State.
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect from their publication on the website. It is the user's responsibility to periodically review these terms. Continued use of the platform after the publication of modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
